I have had a great experience with Millinette 20. I got a bit of headaches and dizziness at the start but they disappeared quite quickly. Originally I took the pill back to back and then with a 4 day break but neither of these gave my body enough time to bleed, so I adjusted to having a 7 day break and that has been great. I’ve had very few side effects overall, and it’s been great.

I changed which pill I was using due to problems with mood, and honestly, I don't think much has changed. I take the pill for 3 months at a time and have a break—the periods are a lot more variable in terms of side effects (some are awful but some are more bearable), but are definitely heavier.
