Gedarel 30/150 pill and irregular periods

I went on the pill to not get pregnant, and in that way it has worked. However i have had suspicions since the beginning that it wasn't right for me and 5 years later I am looking to change. I feel bloated really often, my moods are lower and I was given anti depressants while on this pill, only starting to realise it might be related. Gained weight. Recently been having regular UTIs and pain after sex, my GP couldn't figure it out but says it might be hormonal.

I went onto this pill after taking Rigevidon for a few years, as that didn't help with my acne. This pill worked amazingly for decreasing my acne and actually gave me confidence again seeing as my spots reduced so much. However, the biggest side effect I had with this pill was terrible vaginal dryness, loss of sex drive and low moods. I think I was so anxious about how dry I was and with the decreased sex drive, I felt like there was something wrong with me, when it wasn't- it was the pill.

Switched from Rigevidon to this due to low mood on Rigevidon, continued to have low mood on this but determined that it was probably other factors, not the pill, causing this & made other lifestyle changes which has improved my mood. I am switching from gedarel to another pill because I’ve been having week-long+ periods on it and am currently breakthrough bleeding for a week in the middle of my current pack (my 6th pack); previous periods have started before the end of my pill packs and have been light but lasted too long for my liking. Breasts were very tender particularly upon starting this pill but settles down quickly. There was noticeable vaginal dryness throughout me taking this pill.
