Sadly the copper IUD didn’t work well for me. Felt like it made my PMS worse, also experience hair loss. So removed after a few months and swapped to mirena coil.

Copper coil did not work with my body, I had really heavy periods. I became extremely emotional crying all the time at random times of day. The actual insertion and removal were not painful though, my problems were having the coil.
