First few months lots of ‘red’ days (no unprotected sex days). Coming off the pill was a personal choice and brought back lots of issues i.e needing prescription pain medication. However, my sex drive and mental health have significantly improved and impacted on my relationship. I’ve used natural cycles for 2 years religiously and no problems or pregnancy.

Having been on the pill for 11 years I decided to have a break and use an app to track my cycle. This has proven excellent and although my hormones have been all over the place and I have gained weight I feel overall better in myself mentally and generally happier

Good not to have fake hormones in body - felt so much better and more horny than on pill. In the end, got pregnant after 1 year of using it to stop pregnancy. Not sure if it was because my routine can change a bit everyday - like getting up later. Baby wasn’t a disaster for us but wouldn’t use Nat cycles if not getting pregnant was most important thing
