I understand my body, I can safely have sex on green days. I feel healthy and in touch with myself. I could use this method to conceive too when the time is right. No side effects and no risk of clots, stroke or cancer. Would recommend to anyone

I couldn't believe after being on the hormonal birth control pill for the past 14 years Natural Cycles was able to accurately predict my first period to the day. I've really enjoyed learning more about my body in the process and look forward to measuring as part of my new morning routine.

I am so happy with the Natural Cycles app, which has not only enabled me to leave hormones behind but also taught me so much about my body.
