Millinette 30/75 pill and negative mood

I had a really bad experience on this pill. I would have regular feelings of nausea every I gained significant weight because my appetite became insatiable. On top of that my breasts were extremely tender. The combination of these side effects really effected my self confidence, so I would not recommend this pill. However, it should be noted that I am extremely oestrogen sensitive and it did improve my skin.

Great contraception at first. When I first started taking I did feel very depressed and did break out however no weight change or any other symptoms but after a few weeks i felt great and skin cleared as my body got used to it. About 1.5/2 years later I am experiencing extreme anxiety, panick attacks that can last hours, finding it hard to breathe doctors couldn’t tell me why, headaches with aura and bad migranes all day everyday, dizziness that has affected work and a week before period feel so depressed. Each time I have the period break my periods get heavier and more painful (used to have hardly any cramps) but has regulated my periods. Coming off for a break to remember what my normal self feels like and see if this is what is causing problems.

This combined pill mostly affected my mood. I would be perfectly fine 3 weeks and then the week leading up to my period I would have terrible anxiety, low moods, low self-esteem. Once my period was over, I’d be back to normal again. I’ve tried a few combined pills and this one is by far the worse.
