Millinette 30/75 pill and nausea or vomiting

Positives - Balanced mood, bigger boobs, great skin and generally little to no side effects Negatives - Bad nausea once you first start taking it (1-2 weeks worth), severe headaches on the pill break I went on this pill as had heard it may help my PMS symptoms. The week before my period I was experiencing low moods and emotional sensitivity. This pill CHANGED that. I now have a balanced mood throughout the whole month. The only time I notice pms like symptoms is when I have taken a few packets back to back - your body defo tells you you need a pill break. Overall, would recommend

I had a really bad experience on this pill. I would have regular feelings of nausea every I gained significant weight because my appetite became insatiable. On top of that my breasts were extremely tender. The combination of these side effects really effected my self confidence, so I would not recommend this pill. However, it should be noted that I am extremely oestrogen sensitive and it did improve my skin.

Great contraception at first. When I first started taking I did feel very depressed and did break out however no weight change or any other symptoms but after a few weeks i felt great and skin cleared as my body got used to it. About 1.5/2 years later I am experiencing extreme anxiety, panick attacks that can last hours, finding it hard to breathe doctors couldn’t tell me why, headaches with aura and bad migranes all day everyday, dizziness that has affected work and a week before period feel so depressed. Each time I have the period break my periods get heavier and more painful (used to have hardly any cramps) but has regulated my periods. Coming off for a break to remember what my normal self feels like and see if this is what is causing problems.
