Does millinette 20/75 pill cause discomfort wearing contact lenses?

I was on it for approximately 7 years after being diagnosed with PCOS. Never had any issues with being on it. Periods became regular and lighter and my skin was relatively clear. Had the usual spot on my chin every month but that was about it.

I’m about to finish my 6th month on this pill and I am highly rethinking continuing it. I was recommended this pill by my gynaecologist as I have never given birth and it was my first ever birth control pill. The first two months were awful to me due to migraines (which I normally never have) and severe mood swings. After 2 months and a half everything seemed to have normalised however going into 6th month of taking the pill, my migraines came back. I also been feeling very low, angry and anxious. I have gained weight and am constantly constipated and bloated. Oh and yes, I’ve lost my sex drive completely which makes me feel even worse :/

I have been on the pill since I was 24, I started on Yasmin to solve an acne issue. I have also been on Mercilon but was recommended to move to millinette due to my age (I am 45!). Whilst I still experience a few days of low mood just before the 7 days of pill break it is no more than I would feel if I wasn’t on the pill and usually I can resolve that feeling by doing more exercise. No weight gain, occasionally breasts get bigger just before pill break.
