Levest pill and weight loss

I was originally put on Levest for acne, and while it did nothing to help that for the first year and a half my acne in the last six months has almost completely cleared. Similarly, in the last six months my mood swings have reduced.

This pill hasn’t given me that many changes apart from tiredness and occasional womb cramps. I do feel this pill is also making me loose weight

My mental health got a lot worse , my breasts also became tubular , back pains are a struggle also
