The best pill I’ve been on! I was on rigevidon (awful) then the mini pill (horrendous). I have had no side effects other than a bit of cramping and the odd heavier period however this was normal for me anyway. The small loss of sex drive I just think I didn’t like my ex boyfriend :) no negative mood impact or weight gain, the only annoying thing is remembering to take it!

I originally took Cilest and then the same pill by a different name whilst studying abroad (Ortho-Cyclen) and never had any problems. Sadly Cilest had been discontinued by the time I returned to the UK. I wasn’t on anything for about 4/5 months before deciding to give Cilique a go. Cilest used to help with my skin, which Cilique did not appear to. Also my withdrawal bleeds were very heavy whilst taking Cilique and I was experiencing cramps unlike ever before on the pill. After a pack of three strips, I switched pills
