I have been taking this pill for 5 years every day. When I first started this pill I had a light period consecutively for the first 3 months but I haven’t had a period, pains or cramps since. I sometimes get the odd spotting.

I’ve been on Cerazette/Cerelle for years now after moving from Microgynon - I’ve been on the pill since I was 13 because of terrible periods. Moved to mini pill when the doctors suspected endometriosis and wanted to trial me on Cerazette/Cerelle to stop my periods. Only now in my twenties am I realising a potential correlation between my depression and being on the pill so I can’t say for sure about the impact on my mood. I get light spotting from time to time but aside from that, it’s been a great pill for my periods!

I’ve noticed I started getting worse side effects everytime I switched back to Cerelle from other contraception such as combined pill
