Cerazette pill and lighter periods

Took it for 2 years. It numbed and blunted my feelings and led to outbursts because I wasn’t aware I was feeling bad in the first place. Had a terrible effect on my ADHD and made my meds much less effective, leading to massive burn out. I was sooo depressed and angry, and couldn’t figure out why. I had a light period non stop!!! I started getting the worst acne, which I found out was hormonal acne. This was what prompted me to stop! And I’m so glad I did!!! Using a combined pill with some estrogen right now and it’s been a total game changer!

Tried this help with pre menstrual mood. I tried to stick with it because my doctor said that it make take a while to settle/get used to. It did help make me more chilled, but the irregular bleeding / spotting and headaches meant the benefits didn't outweigh enough for me to continue to use it.

I’ve been taking the Cerazette Pill for almost 3 months (for heavy and painful periods) and since my first period on it, I’ve have been bleeding everyday (for over 2 months straight). I was told to wait 3 months to allow my body to adjust to the pill. The bleeding is much lighter than before taking the pill, however, I still experience intense cramps and lower back pain. In terms of side effects, I’ve noticed a significant increase in my appetite which has led to weight gain. With my moods, I’ve noticed that I am a lot more emotional than I was before. I am going to give it a month or two to see whether the constant bleeding settles down, if not I will be looking to change as it’s too emotionally and physically draining.
