Yasmin pill and body hair getting darker

My worst side effects have been the mood swings, I am crying a lot more for no reason than I ever did before, it definitely has made me more emotional. My period has gone from being 3 to 4 days to being 1.5 / 2. My breasts become really sore and hard before and after my period. I don’t feel as sexually active as before and I experience dryness more regularly than normal. My skin is completely clear with the pill. Everything bad is / has been fairly manageable, not ideal but haven’t had any pregnancy scares.

I switched from implant to Yasmin, but experienced no change in all the horrible side effects I had from the implant: my body didnt respond to anything sexual even if I was turned on mentally, i gained 15 kilos of weight within only a few weeks without any change to my exercise or eating habits, horrible anger and mood swings, suddenly i had regular anxiety attacks and terrible acne that made me not want to go outside without a thick layer of makeup. Ive cried in the mirror countless times ever since, and the acne didnt go away until I got accutane prescribed.

I have liked nearly everything about this pill! My skin has been lovely, and very light periods with little to no pain. Overall my moods have been slightly lower, however I am not sure if this is necessarily linked to the pill. Only recently have I been experiencing breakthrough bleeding and I will be very upset having to change and start a new form of contraception!
