Compared to other mini pills ive tried, this one has the least side effects by far. The side effects I do get include slightly reduced sex drive, very sore breasts and I cry more easily. All of them are managable though.

Seems like a good long-term option as it doesn’t have an increased blood clot risk! So far no major side effects but I’ve only been using it for a month so perhaps too early to tell

I was on Slynd for 2.5 years, starting from my 6-week postpartum appointment. Unlike other hormonal birth control methods, it didn't cause any bloating or weight gain. Breakthrough bleeding was common for the first 3 months. Periods were irregular, very light and sometimes absent. Irritability and loss of libido were intense throughout, hence I stopped taking it.
