I only ended up using this for the three month period as I found it made my periods longer and heavier. I was left with only two weeks in between my periods, with my menstural bleeding lasting for at least 10 days. It didn't help with my PMDD/PME or my acne, which are my main goals with contraceptive.

I have become very bloated, like all the time. It is much better for me than the pill as I used to get regular UTIs

Just put in mind you're not to conceive before taking it. And always check yourself before going for it. I had my period for more than 2 weeks. Always worried and feeling sick to my stomach. I will be stopping it
