Marvelon pill and spotting

I’ve been taking marvelon coming up to 2 moths now and starting to experience really bad womb cramps and a lot of black/red discharge, I don’t know if this is spotting or just old blood from a missed period. It was suggested by my doctor that I take marvelon because I suffer with bad period cramps due to chronic pelvis pain.

I have been on Marvelon for about two months now, I have tried 3 pills prior to Marvelon but Marvelon is the only one that I have had bleeding every day. Its sort of bleeding discharge, a darkish colour that comes out on my pants every day. It is very frustrating. I also am suffering from awful stomach aches, I can only stomach plain food like bread and at times cannot bear to eat meat, fish or vegetables. This poor diet has lead me to feeling even worse, once we come out of Lockdown I will be looking for a alternate method. I want to add I am very sensitive to the pill, I have had problems on all the pills I have been on, however this is the only pill that I have bled on every day.

Was okay for the first couple months but now have little sex drive, bleeding after sex, vaginal dryness, thrush before I’m due to have a period and increase in acne
