Weirdly my worst side effects were during the week I went off this - dizziness, nausea, headaches. I was advised I could stay on it without a break, but after three months I had heavy breakthrough bleeding (not just spotting), so took a week off and felt dreadful. While on the pill I had more acne as well, which cleared up a bit during my week off. Needless to say this hasn’t been the right pill for me.

Made my boobs larger but a bit more tender. Occasionally experienced bleeding after a while because I took it back to back. I had the worst period cramps of my life when I had a period on this pill

this pill really worked for me, i’ve been on it since i was 15 and had to switch due to migraines, but i always had clear skin on it and it didn’t lower my mood either, also found it really reliable even if i took it with a 7 hour window
