Does lizinna pill cause body hair getting darker?

Started taking Lizanna after changing from Rigevidon as I heard all the horror stories about it and it wasn’t helping me in anyway whatsoever. I was still miserable and depressed from the pill and it didn’t help my periods, BUT neither does Lizanna. However after starting Lizanna my periods and much heavier and 10x as painful, the low back pain I get from it is agony. The pain keeps me awake all night and feeling utterly uncomfortable.

Taking this contraception as I said I did not like my other combined pill as it really lowered my moods, but this pill does exactly the same. I cry all the time, have lowered moods, vaginal dryness and an extreme loss of sex drive that it is effecting my relationship

I was told to stop Marvelon which I’d taken for 10+yrs due to cervical erosion after treatment so was put on Lizinna. I have noticed my hair is the thinnest it’s ever been in my life, my skin is going wild including on my back which I’ve never had before & I get what I can only describe as ovulation type cramps but this is supposed to stop you ovulating?! Also, I usually do have quite a high sex drive but I’d say it’s at a low now, as is my mood which are probably due to pain & changes in my appearance - I know it’s vain but I just don’t feel myself at all on this pill!!
