Jaydess coil and pelvic infection

I had cramps for ten days after and then I felt good for a week. Then I got pain so bad and a fever that I got taken to an and e. I in hospital for 10 days and had pelvic inflammatory disease which caused a massive abscess on my ovary which may leave permanent damage. I was never warned of this would not recommend it was such a painful experience

I had a Jaydess for the first three months I had spotting then eventually my spotting and period stopped but I had started to have abdominal cramps and back pain regular I started to suffer with depression gained weight so I got it removed after 18 months.

I had the jaydess inserted after a good experience with the mirena coil. it was a huge mistake for me. I didnt stop bleeding for 3 months and just generally felt awful. My gyno recommended to take it out as it turned out I had an infection which wouldnt clear up with antibiotics and my vagina has never been the same since. It gets really dry, sensitive and I suffer with dermatitis/eczema. It also caused me to have a cyst which then burst and bled in to itself. Once I had the jaydess removed the infection cleared up as well as the cyst but I still suffer with awful eczema.
