Gedarel 20/150 pill and weight loss

Horrendous. Really did not work for me with the anxiety it induced. Made me feel very sick and nauseous. Do not recommend for a first-timer on contraception. Switched to the Evra Patch and that has been a dream compared to this method.

This contraception made me cry all the time and made my moods incredibly low. As soon as I stopped taking it I instantly felt better and back to myself. Would not recommend!

I started this pill due to having awful period pains. This is the worst pill I have ever taken and two other of my friends have had the same reactions. It completely knocked my PH balance off, this then causes a very sore & nippy (Spicy) vagina. It felt like I had gotten mint body wash and rubbed it in my vagina. At first we thought it might be a UTI or thrush. I got tested at the doctors but all tests came back clear. I would get this feeling randomly and it would be so sore for two hours, it would hurt to pee and I constantly felt like I needed to pee when inflamed. Once it calmed down, it would disappear and I would no longer had the feeling on persistence to pee or it being sore. I took this pill from October - Dec/Jan. This is now March and this is the first month where I haven't had a sensitive feeling down in my vagina & thank god. It causes me to pee in my sleep/wake up at 4am in excruciating pain and nothing would calm it down. This is my first ever experience of this pill/reaction and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
