Gedarel 20/150 pill and irregular periods

I started this pill to help with my hormonal acne that had come on when i was on a different pill so decided i needed a change. Everything was fine for the first week or so, I went abroad and accidentally missed a pill due to different timezones. I bled consistently for 3 weeks after missing one pill. My anxiety has been increased and i am extremely fatigued all the time. I have painful sex, due to hormonal changes and vaginal dryness. I am now coming off this pill for a week to bleed and then i am going back on the pill i was on previously.

Absolutely would not recommend. I'm 17 and started taking this contraception for period control as advised by my doctor, first week in everything was fine, I have quite a bit of abdominal cramping but I was assured it was normal. Second week in I have had nonstop panic attack and related symptoms, my mood had been the lowest ever and I just felt awful. Third and fourth week (current) I've been bleeding, lightly, for a total of 14 days now and it's showing no signs of stopping, my anxiety is causing me huge distress and I can't wait to get off it.

Id had a bad past experience with contraceptive pills with negative mood changes which for me is a big thing, I hate it. Gedarel was the best by far. My mood stayed as I usually should be which was my main thing I wanted. However gedarel 20/150 made me feel extremely nauseous every day, I went completely off coffee which is so sad, and had periods every two weeks for the 5 months I took it. I also completely lost my sex drive. I have now recently changed to Gedarel 30/150 as prescribed in hopes that it will stop the extra periods and nausea. Yet to find out!
