I started taking it on the first day of my period, it lasted 13 days (normally would last 5 days)then gave me a break for 4 days then bled the whole time on that pill, 24 days bleeding in total, once i started the white sugar pills my bleeding died down and finally stopped, im off of it now (only for a month) and i havent bled once, not even spotting, ill go back on it next month to see if i bleed again from it

I've just started my third pack of Drovelis. I started it after trying and not tolerating other contraceptive methods (Loette, Slinda pill) for recently-diagnosed PCOS. Ever since I started Drovelis. I've had a lot of anxiety. I'm an anxious person, but this pill makes me feel in a constant state of panic. This has manifested as mandibular spasms, probably in the massester, according to my dentist, which were horrible during the first 3 weeks of treatment but have since then almost stopped. The anxiety has affected my sleep, even though I've always been a great sleeper I keep waking up at least 3 times at night, and my sex drive, since I can barely relax due to the constant feeling of panic, and this has had a negative impact on how I feel in my marriage. I also suffered my first migraine in a decade, and the 4 days of placebo make me experience flu-like symptoms, with a slightly elevated body temperature and generalized pain, but at least the anxiety goes down a bit during these days. It has had some positive effects though, probably all related to treating the PCOS: I lost weight around my stomach, , my hair also got thicker and healthier and I have less body hair. I think my breasts may have gone up a cup size, but I didn't have to purchase new bras. My OB/GYN said at least 3 months are needed for the body to grow accustomed to the new hormonal levels caused by the pill, so I will finish this third pack, and then I will go to a follow-up appointment. I am really glad with how the pill has treated my PCOS, but I don't like the psychological side effects and I'm not sure it's worth it for me to keep taking it. I'll keep you posted.
