Gave me extreme PMDD. Very irritable and low moods and irrational thoughts. Would not recommend unless you are low in oestrogen before taking. Acne in the first 1-2 months of taking.

Stopped my periods completely - Get lighter periods - Get more headaches and can feel sick at certain times of the month - Has effected my moods quite a lot
