I have no idea what to do, my options are limited. I’ve been on this since coming off desgesterol, which was working for me for years until it decided it wasn’t. Weight gain, dizziness and heavy periods. I’m always tired too.

After coming off this particular mini pill and in fact deciding to move away from hormonal contraception , I have since realised how much of an affect it was having on my mental health. I became very depressed and felt out of control of my own emotions. Moving away from the mini-pill was the best decision I ever made.
