Norgeston pill and increased sex drive

Generally a good pill but I am bleeding every week on it which is it’s main downside for me

Thought the first 3 moths on this pill I had a lot of spotting and very irregular periods, but after been on the pill for 6 months now my periods have become more regular now get longer breaks between before next period. At the start on going on the pill had really bad headaches and dizzy ness but I think my body was adjusting as it was my first time on any pill , but still get slight migraine here and there but not as bad as when started on this pill. My weight hasn’t changed was 9st when started and 9st 6 months on this pill. My family said they couldn’t tell if had much mood change so must be on change.

I have found it extremely hard finding the right contraceptive that actually agrees with me. I have tried implant, IUD, combined pill( during my mid 20s) and mini pill ( cerazatte). I started using Norgeston in May 2019 and still am because this seems to be the only thing that suits me. My periods are much more painful with this pill and they are irregular. My breasts are very sore as well and I have put on weight but as this is the only pill that suits me iam prepared to stick with it. I cant take the combined pill anymore because I am 36 years old and overweight. I have also noticed that I have an increased sex drive.
