Was on marvelon for 2 years, no problem, no side effects, took it same time every day without fail then........I fell pregnant, couldnt believe it, weird thing was my friend also fell pregnant on marvalon, I have now gt a beautiful daughter who i love so much but when ur only 19 years old it's a real shock to the system finding out your pregnant when you've been on the pill for 2 years.

I switched from Yasmin to Marvelon as I was experiencing extreme nausea and mood swings on Yasmin. I also wanted to improve my acne. I'm really pleased with Marvelon so far - my skin is significantly better, my moods are very balanced, I have no PMS symptoms, I initially lost a few pounds and I have also found that I'm sleeping better and feel more energised. The only negative is that my libido has significantly reduced.
