Marvelon pill and body hair getting darker

I was put on the combi-pill in secondary school/college years and it was to help regulate my periods which it did but I kept getting extremely bad migraines the first day/just before my period came and I would have to have the day off and stay in bed in the dark. So once I explained this to my Dr we both agreed that I would come if it and switch to a different pill. Which I did but that wasn’t any better so then that lead me to getting the Depo-Injection

I mean its doing its job! I haven’t gotten pregnant, I have noticed a few pros and cons however. My acne is gone & my periods are much lighter and easier to deal with. I do suffer from random painful cramps in the region where you usually get menstrual cramping. I have gained some weight, nothing substantial. I also have no s*x drive! Its an odd side effect...

I was moved onto Marvelon as my pharmacy had no supply of Loestrin 20 - I noticed pretty much as soon as I started taking it that I become far more emotional with negative mood swings. I’m experiencing headaches, my my sex drive decreased, I have vaginal dryness and I feel more self conscious than before with my partner of 3 years. I have slightly more spots than before but it’s not too noticeable.
