I haven't tried other contraception pills but overall this one seems good , i get less painful periods and theyre lighter.I have had slight changes to Areola colouring which is a hormonal thing since going on this pill . I have found my breasts stay tender for longer. It has affected my sex drive but ever so slightly , it could also be my anti depresants

I only use the pill to shorten my periods but since feeling so low with this pill I’m thinking of changing to a different one

I've been on maexeni for about 5 months and overall had an OK experience for the first 3.5 months. My periods seem lighter but I do experience some discharge a few days prior to the period starting. Also I've noticed I have had a low mood (including crying outbursts for no reason) for the past month and a half which has lead me to discussing changing pill with my GP
