After 4 years of having the Kyleena I got pregnant and so have had the coil removed. The main symptoms I struggled with throughout the 4 years were weight gain and lack of libido.

I've generally had a good time with Kyleena. No periods, although I had them with two Mirenas. Not a lot of negative effects, and my mood and libido seem increased, but this may be coincidental. Installation was horrendous, however. I had pain for a week and was so bloated that my pants didn't fit. I was surprised given that this is a smaller IUD.
