You have to take your temperature and do a ovulation test ( wee sample ) both in the morning then you add all in the app and it tells you if is a red day ( which you have to use another contraceptive method ) o green then you can have sex without contraception because when you have a green day you are not meant to get pregnant . I think if you want to get pregnant go for this app ! but as contraception is not very good as you hardly ever get green days and when you get them ( very rare ) you feel you can still getting pregnant also boyfriends / partners find so difficult to trust the app which it makes it even more difficult for the woman . As an app works very well and is interesting to know when do you ovulate or if you don't ovulate or if you ovulate twice but as contraception needs improvement

Still early days so I'm mainly getting red days where you should abstain/use other protection but having been on various pills for the last 16?! years I'm really seeing a difference in terms of improved mood and sex drive. Most recently I was on the mini pill but moved to this as it was worsening acne and general oiliness (hair) etc all of which improved pretty quickly. I do still have 'the fear' using this it could go wrong but worth giving a go as I'm feeling so much better. Will update in a few months!

I love being in touch with my body and working with my cycle to prevent pregnancy. I previously had a copper coil (12 years) which served me well but since having it out has made my periods light and short. I have so much less discharge and my moods feel more predictable and balanced.
