Does noriday pill cause pelvic infection?

made me bleed very heavily so I have to stop after a week

I gained 4 stone in just under 18 months, had to eat less than 600 calories a day to lose weight which was impossible to maintain and after referrals to Endocrinologists it was tracked back to this pill. Plus bloating, water retention, total loss of sex drive, vaginal dryness and terrible abdominal cramps. I’ve come off the pill now, and have already started to feel better.

Have used noriday for around 2 and a half years. I went off a pill & went onto noriday instead. My sex drive has gone, i get bad thrush at least 3 times a month & my vagina is always dry. It didn’t used to be like that - the first year was good however my vagina has so many problems now.
