Overall, i have had very limited side effects on this pill though i have noticed increased mood swings.

It wasn't until I came off the pill that I realised how much it decreased my sex drive, gave me migraines and also contributed to my cervical erosion.

It really helped regulate my periods and totally cleared up my back acne which I had suffered from for year beforehand. I have slight PCOS and I am sure the reduction of the acne is a positive sign. On the other hand, it caused breast tenderness and breast swelling, and a small amount of weight gain - a few pounds maybe. No significant mood changes though, and I was prescribed this pill by a top endocrinologist to help my mild PCOS, so it may help if you also have that with back acne issues.
