LoviOne pill vs Levonorgestrel pill

I had some cramps here and there, nausea started around 4-5 hours after but no vomiting but I was quite dizzy and fatigued. I got my period 5 days earlier than predicted and I had a heavy flow for 4 days instead of my usual 2 but other than that worked alright.

For those emergencies where me and my partner haven’t used a condom or had sex during my ovulation period, I’ve been used the morning after pill which has most definitely been very effective for me. I don’t really experience any excessive side effects but what I do notice every time I take this medication my period is comes a week later than normal and it can be much heavier at times with more clots , and the periods are very painful.

At first i did not know what contraception to use and i was introduced to Levonelle and my overall experience was good . I did not experience any irregularities with my period or any change with my weight.

I thought I didn’t have much negative side effect after this and I’ve taken it about twice or thrice in the last ten years when another contraceptive method has failed. Every time I have taken it, about a month after I have an incredible amount of hair fall which really worried me.

I took this within 24hours of sex, during which the condom had failed. It didn't work and I ended up having an abortion.

I took this morning after pill last month and had no side effects but took it again this month and it delayed my period by 11 days and prolonged it by an extra few days. I was also heavier during this time.

Made me feel ill for the rest of the day, fine again the next morning though. Had quite a bit of spotting and period a little later than usual.

It was terrible ,I felt sick. My period came ten days late with sore breasts (the are still sore even though I'm done). I would recommend it if not trying to fall pregnant. The side effects are worth it.

I had to use it twice. Both times I was already quite stressed about becoming pregnant, and some side effects didn’t help considering that they can be similar to pregnancy side effects. I also experienced bleeding a few days after taking the pill that lasted 3/4 days so it changed my next cycle predictions which doesn’t help. I find it a bit frustrating that there Isn't any information about the bleeding anywhere. They all talk about “spotting” but I don’t feel like that accurately describes the bleeding felt after taking the morning after pill.
