Ended up coming off all combined pills due to the constant spotting and irregularity of bleeding. I was Loestrin before this and the implant and in the end nothing was alleviating the spotting so I came off entirely to save the annoyance. It wasn’t until I came off all hormonal contraception I realised the effect it had on my mood. I suddenly had more good and bad emotions, highs and lows, and a greater sex drive and sex experience. Definitely worth the inconvenience of condoms.
