Kliofem contains a low dose of oestrogen combined with a synthetic progesterone called norethisterone. This is a really well established progesterone that has been used for years. It can be good at controlling breakthrough and irregular bleeding side effects, but comes with a slightly increased blood clot risk. You may experience side effects such as bloating, sore breasts or mood change. This tablet contains the same hormones as Kliovance , which is its lower dose sister.
