Bijuve is a newer form of oral HRT which is the only tablet that contains both oestrogen and a body idential progesterone. This is great as it combines both your hormones in one daily tablet while having the benefits of body identical progesterones (neutral breast cancer risk). The only problem with Bijuve is that it is only available in one dose, so you would have to separate the hormones and change to a different regimen to increase or decrease the oestrogen level.

Bijuve

Method

Continuous HRT is where you take the same dose of both oestrogen and progesterone every day. It is used when your periods have stopped or when you have used cyclical HRT for more than 1 year. The aim of continuous HRT is to prevent bleeding.
Oestrogen is the main component of HRT. If you have a uterus you should use HRT which also contains progesterone, or alongside progesterone to protect the womb lining (endometrium) from overgrowing as this can increase the risk of endometrial cancer.

Absolutely life changing. I feel like I have my life back. My anxiety is much better, I feel clearer in my mind and have more energy. My libido was non existent and thankfully the hrt has gradually increased my libido. I initially had headaches with hrt but they disappeared after a few days. I have had a little skin irritation when I put the patches on my tummy area but I have switched to thighs and my skin there seems less sensitive. I had become terribly forgetful, not able to remember words for everyday items and this seems a lot better.
