Does femodene pill cause headaches?

Good contraception but side affects get worse to deal with after years in my opinion. Very easy to just go along with the side affects.

I switched to Femodene after about 4 years of being on another combined pill (can’t remember the name) as I had convinced myself it was causing me to gain weight (inconclusive although I do think it contributed). I was sold Femodene as a ‘new age pill with less side effects’. I didn’t really notice any side effects straight away but over the years of being on it I realised my sex drive was ever decreasing and it generally made me feel very flat and almost like I had a brain fog when I was on it. I would get a headache at the start the pill free week and light periods but my mind would feel clearer and I was more in touch with my emotions. My skin was also pretty clear throughout. It took me a couple of years to convince myself that the side effects for my mind and libido were worth switching to something else even though I was apprehensive.

I was put on this pill to regulate my cycle cause I have PCOS and I don't have cycles at all without the pill. It cleared up my skin and I was soo impressed. I've noticed more mood swings and low sex drive but then a year into it everything went wrong mood wise. So I left it.
