Does femodene pill cause cystitis?

I switched to Femodene after about 4 years of being on another combined pill (can’t remember the name) as I had convinced myself it was causing me to gain weight (inconclusive although I do think it contributed). I was sold Femodene as a ‘new age pill with less side effects’. I didn’t really notice any side effects straight away but over the years of being on it I realised my sex drive was ever decreasing and it generally made me feel very flat and almost like I had a brain fog when I was on it. I would get a headache at the start the pill free week and light periods but my mind would feel clearer and I was more in touch with my emotions. My skin was also pretty clear throughout. It took me a couple of years to convince myself that the side effects for my mind and libido were worth switching to something else even though I was apprehensive.

I've used this pill now for many years and have had no problems at all. It definitely helped clear up my skin, and think I may have gained some weight, however this could be down to many other causes.
