I’ve taken it for 6 years now. Not really any side effects. However, it might have affected my mood negatively, but i am not certain as I went through big life changes when i started taking it so my mood may have been a result of that. Also lost a bit of weight at that time and it stayed off. Didn’t get my period anymore for a couple of years but now i have irregular bleeding sometimes (Some months more, some less).
Improved skin

I’ve got on really well with this pill! I was very emotional for the first month and cried at everything, but they have settled down since. I had one period which was very light on the first month and haven’t had one since. Overall, a very positive experience (I was terrified to go on any sort of hormonal contraceptive, so very pleased!)
Somewhat negative mood
