Inofolic Alpha review

Would recommend

I bought inofolic Alpha as I have been diagnosed with PCOS and I am trying to conceive. I am awaiting a referral to fertility clinic. I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks now, but have not noticed any side effects. I haven't noticed any improvements in my symptoms yet either but it does say it may take 3-6 months to notice an improvement. Inofolic Alpha comes as a powder in a sachet... it advises to mix with water but I after I saw a review that said it doesnt mix very well, I have simply been pouring the sachet of powder into my mouth and drinking 200ml water. I find this an easy way to take the product. I take it first thing when I wake up in the morning, and then last thing at night before I go to bed. I bought it on a fertility website and got a 10% discount by buying 3 month supply. It is more expensive than other myo-inositol supplements that I have seen and taken in the past, however the difference is that inofolic alpha has some whey protein which apparently helps gastrintestinal absorption (which can be an issue in women with PCOS). I heard about it from a fertility doctor who said it is shown to be very successful. Although I have not yet had a return of my periods or improvement in my symptoms, I would recommend this product as it is easy to take, no side effects, and at this stage it is cheaper than paying for private fertility treatments!
