Would recommend

Modibodi were the first period pants I bought, and I have to say - I wish they had been around in my school days!!! I often forget to change my tampon in good time so these are super helpful on days when I'm really busy. They're nice and soft, and I bought the bright patterned ones so I could find them easily in the depths of my underwear drawer in a rush. I will say that sometimes the elastic around the waistband feels a bit tight (I get super bloated around my period), and I have other brands of period pants that don't have this kind of waistband so they can be a bit more comfortable, but Modibodi pants don't budge, feel super secure and overall make my life 100 times easier on my period.
