I had an abortion in late October and found it quite distressing and needed some support, I contacted ThinkCBT and they were really quick to come back to me with an initial consultation and some appointment options. I was matched with a therapist who I've been working with now for a few months virtually every 2 weeks and I really like the mix between CBT and counselling. I've found the post abortion aftercare in general is quite poor on the NHS, and it can feel quite isolating to not have someone to speak to about my experience - so this really helps me feel less alone and more supported. ❤️
