Customer service is excellent! Always polite and always replying to my emails no matter what the question, sending the correct links along with discount codes. They explained the different types of subscriptions and which is best for me. Really great service and product, so helpful for someone like myself who doesn’t have a “regular” cycle.

Ovusense helped me get to know my cycles I suffer from pcos. Now that I know my cycles I have now been referred to the fertility clinic I will still be using ovusense on my fertility journey. Also thank you to linsay for your help 😊

I am 31 and have suffered 3 miscarriages. I had a biopsy that required the exact day of ovulation and as normal ovulation strips don’t work well for me I ordered the OvuSense Core. It’s so easy to use, has helped me narrow down my fertile days and its accuracy was confirmed by the biopsy. I couldn’t recommend it more, I’m currently in my second trimester but will definitely continue to use the sensor after I give birth as a method of birth control!

I am 37 years old and have suffered mild PCOS symptoms since my teens, including irregular periods, which made conception very difficult. My husband discovered OvuSense after researching my symptoms, and I can’t recommend it enough. We were pregnant after one month of using it, which is incredible. The flexible pricing also meant we could choose between a rolling subscription or full year- staying flexible worked out well for us. I would really recommend this to women struggling to conceive due to irregular periods.

I can't rave about OvuSense enough. The product itself is so easy to use and set up, the app is easy to navigate and each member of the team I have spoken to via email has been so helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. I started using the internal OvuCore sensor to track my cycles as I was really struggling to understand if I was ovulating. From the first few days of using the sensor I was able to see the temperature it recorded and see the trend starting on the graph on the app. It couldn't be simpler! Eventually I was able to show the data to a doctor at an infertility clinic and it helped me to advocate for medication I felt would help with my PCOS. Over time with each cycle I could see that I was ovulating, and so OvuSense became such an integral part of my trying to conceive journey. If it weren't for the validation and information that it gave me during each cycle, I'd still be in the dark about my cycles and wouldn't now have experienced two pregnancies! By being able to see when the app predicted I would ovulate (and the ovulation window), I was able to conceive. Even when I'm not pregnant and not intending to be in future, I will still use the sensor to give me that important information about what my body is doing. It's just absolutely brilliant.

Proud mother to 2 Ovusense babies. Cannot recommend this product highly enough!! After well over 8 years of struggles to conceive (I have Prolactinoma, PCOS and MTHFR) and the NHS giving up on me, the ultimatum that IVF was my only hope of becoming a mother. During my despair I found this amazing device which helped me figure out what was going on with my cycles, told me so much about my fertility, despite my challenges. A chat with the Ovusense nurse, and a nutritionist later, I made some positive changes to my lifestyle, added the right supplements and because of Ovusense I knew exactly when I was going to ovulate. 3 months later *bam* pregnant. My first ever positive test, my son born 9 months later. Then 2 1/2 years later, added a daughter within 2 months of starting to try again. Any issues I ever had were dealt with quickly and sensitively by the customer services team and or the Admin on the Facebook groups. The support I’ve received overall is incredible. My connectivity issues were with my phone and not actually the device. Once they were sorted, it was easy. Thank you Ovusense Team, you helped me turn it all around, saved me from IVF and helped me fulfil my dream to become a Mum.
