I changed dosage of progesterone to daily once my periods started to become much lighter and less frequent. Only issue I have (which I just deal with!) is occasionally the patch leaves my skin red raw and tender.

My GP started me on 25mg oestrogen patch and 100mg progesterone for 25/28 days. She didn't know much about HRT. I have asked to up my patch but not really felt much benefit. Reflux is pretty constant, I had a week of nausea when I increased my dose. I feel that Evorel may not be the brand for me, it sticks well but I've not seem much improvement in symptoms.

I started with 25mg Evorel patches. My night sweats stopped within a few days. My dose was gradually increased to 75mg. However, hot flushes are still an issue so I am hoping g to have the dose increased to 100mg. The brain fog is still there, albeit improving.

Initially on 50 patch evorel and noticed slight improvements which started to stop after 6 months . My dose upped to 75 and I'm starting to feel a bit more like me

Initially very positive as on Evorell 50 rather than 75 but went away for a week and didn't take a patch and when I got home all menopausal symptoms came back ...hot flushes pains bleeding so got a 75 patch and have bled for 2 to 3 months .now stopped but feeling exhausted and aches and pains and sugar cravings have gone crazy. Previously brain fog was awful and that has improved significantly and confidence at work has returned.

My experience with HRT, I think it helps but not 100%. No reviews completed by doctors for over 18 month. So I went private to get some advice.

Initial strong improvement of mood but waning after first six moths. Now on and off and at times experiencing very low mood. Same for sex drive. Initial big improvement and now waning. Same happened when on evoril 50 which is why I switched to 75
