Estradot Conti 30/95 is a low dose of continuous combined form of HRT. The Estradot patch is well known for being small and sticking well and many women have loved the Estradot oestrogen only patches. Having a combined patch now available makes it easier for postmenopause women with a womb to conveniently have both hormones in one. Estradot Conti 30/95 has a slightly lower dose than it's counterpart Estradot Conti 40/135 .

Method
Continuous
Continuous HRT is where you take the same dose of both oestrogen and progesterone every day. It is used when your periods have stopped or when you have used cyclical HRT for more than 1 year. The aim of continuous HRT is to prevent bleeding.
Combined (oestrogen and progesterone)
Oestrogen is the main component of HRT. If you have a uterus you should use HRT which also contains progesterone, or alongside progesterone to protect the womb lining (endometrium) from overgrowing as this can increase the risk of endometrial cancer.
