Levofem is a combined pill used in Nigeria which comes in a packet of 28 tablets. The first 21 yellow tablets contain the hormones, followed by 7 white tablets which do not contain any hormones. When you take the white tablets, you will expect a bleed. The tablets also contain a low dose of iron to support your menstrual health.
