Does desomono pill cause body hair increase?

I had been on the combined pill for 10 years prior to this, but had to switch because I had two migraines. On the positive side, my previously very painful periods became a lot lighter and almost painless. However they are now incredibly irregular and long lasting. I've got 40 days without a period, to then have 21 days of bleeding. My skin is the worst its been since I was a teenager, and no skin products I've tried have made any difference. Losing weight has been impossible. I'm here looking for other options because I'm fed up!

I never used to get headaches and now i do. My periods are just as painful with added headache symptom. But I do feel I’ve had a better sex drive
