Yasmin birth control pill vs Portia birth control pill

I had a month long headache with a complete lack of energy and nausea. Now my head hair is falling out while my body hair gets darker. Terrible pill. I also had very scary circulation issues. I could feel blood struggling to pump through my legs.

I never know when I'm just "overreacting" or when it's the effect of birth control. However, depending on the time of day I take my birth control, I may feel headache or nausea symptoms and it tends to be pretty obviously connected to the birth control (i.e definitely not because of anything else).

It’s a pretty average birth control. It hasn’t affected me negatively a great deal but there are some impacts that have negatively affected me.

I felt hungry all the time, gained weight (15 lbs over the 3 months I was on it), and had extremely elevated blood pressure which was not common for me — it was 140/96 at the highest, from the time I woke up to bed time. I had anxiety, high heart rate, and night terrors, again very uncommon for me.

I started taking this bc I have PMDD and also wanted to stop my period all together. I have no interest in getting pregnant. This pill was to stop my period and it did just that. I feel great on it.
