I’m still giving it time since it’s only been a month, but my periods are like clockwork. I’m fine through the night, then between 8am-12pm I get bad lower back pain and heavy cramping and blood clotting/bleeding through clothes sometimes. Then the rest of the day is light periods and like no cramps.

I love it, as far as preventing me from conceiving its doing its job, but I think it depleted my sex drive a lot... Like A LOT. Anybody else having any similar issues? It's so bad my fiance has taken notice. Any advice on what to do? Im super scared of getting pregnant again and don't want to take it out... (He would prefer it out)

I was very irritable, aloof, and generally unhappy on this birth control. It also worsened my menstrual cramps.

5 starts for preventing pregnancy but the vaginal dryness and libido loss was my breaking point .

I have been on the pill for over a year; I don’t really have periods, but other than that I don’t have side effects.

I can't tell if this birth control is helping me or not and its so frustrating because i have endometriosis and i smoke so i have to be on a progesterone only pill but ever since i started taking this pill i've had a heat intolerance which they say is not a side effect but it 100% started when i started taking the pill, and they told me my goal is to not have a period and im 2 months in and still am getting my period and ovulating and experiencing breakthrough bleeding and cramps.

Using Nova-T copper IUD. Haven't had this before having my IUD put in. Might be a coincidence I guess. Since having the IUD put in I feel very anxious and cry easily/ generally have trouble regulating my emotions for the first 3-4 days around the beginning of my period. During more stressful points in my life I would get insomnia around this time (and only this time) due to anxiety. One night I could not sleep at all, for several (probably ~10 more or less) I could only sleep for 3-4 hours. I would feel paranoid that my partner doesn't love me. My periods have also increased in length from ~5-6 days (including spotting I think) to 9 days (not including spotting) or 12-14 days including spotting. Apart from that no other symptoms, but the emotional changes are difficult.
