Mili is a birth control pill with ingredients most similar to the contraceptive patch. The higher estrogen dose may help to control annoying breakthrough bleeding, but may cause unwanted side effects such as sore boobs or nausea. Fun fact: when you take Mili, your body changes the progestin it contains into the progestin found in the other birth control pills such as Aviane, Portia and Lutera.
